Cookie Policy

Ablo uses necessary browser storage to provide and secure the service. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are disabled until you select the corresponding category and save your choices, or choose “Accept all.” You can accept either category separately. Rejecting optional tracking does not limit access to the website or service. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings control.

Authentication and security providers may use cookies or similar storage to maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and complete requested sign-in and checkout flows. Ablo also stores the version and values of your tracking preferences so the site can honor it. These functions are necessary to provide a choice or a service you request and cannot be disabled through the cookie controls.

If you accept analytics, Ablo enables PostHog product analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. They may process page or route information, device and browser information, approximate location, event timing, and pseudonymous or aggregated identifiers. PostHog may use first-party storage; Vercel Web Analytics is designed without third-party cookies. Ablo does not intentionally send workspace content, prompts, responses, credentials, or integration payloads to analytics.

Analytics is normally retained for 90 days under Ablo's policy. Provider details and processing locations are maintained in the public subprocessor register.

If you accept advertising tracking, the Reddit Pixel measures visits to public pages, completed account registrations and confirmed embedded call bookings. Reddit receives event timing, public page context, browser and device information, IP address, Reddit cookie identifiers and a Reddit ad click identifier when present. Reddit may use these signals for attribution, audience matching and personalized advertising under its own privacy policy. The Conversions API also sends confirmed signup and booking conversions from Ablo’s backend, using the same opaque conversion IDs to prevent double-counting. Ablo does not pass email addresses, phone numbers, raw account or booking IDs, booking details, private URLs or workspace content to Reddit.

Reddit may set first-party cookies such as _rdt_uuid and _rdt_cid for up to 90 days. Ablo retains the ad click identifier and a bounded record of observed conversions in session storage until the browser session ends. A consent token is stored locally for up to seven days. Ablo stores consent, attribution signals and hashed conversion records on its backend for up to seven days to verify conversions, prevent duplicates and retry delivery for at most 47 hours after the event. Signed booking receipts may be retained in hashed form for up to seven days while waiting for matching browser consent; without that consent no conversion is sent. Withdrawing advertising consent stops further pixel activity and removes Reddit first-party cookies and the stored click identifier. It also revokes backend consent and clears its matching signals when Ablo receives the withdrawal; pending retries then stop. If offline, the browser retains the withdrawal token until it can deliver the request. It does not recall events already received by Reddit, whose retention and deletion rules apply. Bookings completed on an external Cal.com page are not measured by this integration.

When you choose to open a third party flow, the third party may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its privacy notice. These services are not activated merely by accepting Ablo analytics unless they are part of the analytics services described above.
